Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Counselor Specialist to provide outpatient treatment services to individuals and families at our Behavioral Health Center. This is a full-time opportunity that requires providing therapy services, attending case conferences, and making referrals as needed.

About the Job

The Counselor Specialist will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing psychotherapy. They will also attend multi-disciplinary meetings and participate in training programs to enhance their skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the Counselor Specialist must have a Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a related field and be licensed or license eligible. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
