Groomer, Petsense

This role is responsible for providing exceptional pet grooming services to dogs, utilizing knowledge of canine characteristics and grooming styles and techniques.

• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by providing personalized grooming services
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless customer experience
• Assist in generating business by calling existing and new customers, scheduling appointments, and verifying vaccinations
• Book appointments, greet pets, and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Report accidents and injuries to the Store Manager promptly
• Follow established bathing and grooming procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to company standards

• Minimum 1-year experience in pet grooming or styling
• Ability to work with dogs and cats, providing a safe and comfortable environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, with successful completion of Paragon Level 1 & 2 training
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately, with strong communication skills
• Physical stamina to move and transfer live animals, equipment, and merchandise

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to wet conditions, pets, and pet waste. Ability to stand and maintain a stationary position for up to 8 hours, with frequent movement around the salon.
