About the Job

We are looking for a self-motivated and safety-conscious driver who is eager to excel and grow with our company. As a CDL driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a Commercial CDL Truck, delivering dumpster containers to customers, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely drive a Commercial CDL Truck into various environments, including residential, construction, and commercial areas.
  • Determine the best drop-off location for dumpster containers to avoid property damage.
  • Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift and load dumpsters on and off the truck.
  • Secure the dumpster load, cover it appropriately, and account for weight shifts before departing.
  • Read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
  • Interact courteously with customers.
  • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Class A or B CDL.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, starting at around 6:00 am, with approximately 50-65 hours per week, including overtime.
  • Physically comfortable with the demands of the job.
