Job Overview: The Good Samaritan Home of Quincy is looking for a skilled Nursing Support Specialist to join our team. As a Nursing Support Specialist, you will provide personal care and support to our residents, helping them with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. You will also assist with mobility and provide physical therapy exercises. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organization's policies and procedures.

In addition to your caregiving responsibilities, you will receive comprehensive training on our electronic medical record system and participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $45,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to residents, assist with mobility, provide physical therapy exercises, perform housekeeping duties, report unusual incidents, and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of IL, valid driver's license or reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a compassionate and supportive attitude.
