Site Superintendent Opportunity at Black Diamond Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Black Diamond Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our modular construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project planning and coordination, including developing project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage project documentation, including tracking spreadsheets, schedules, and status reports.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including clients and project team members.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction, preferably with a focus on modular construction.
  • Diploma in Construction Management or PMP designation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and providing great customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites as required.
  • Proficient in PC operations in a Windows environment (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Project).
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
