Wound Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RN Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Grandview Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the implementation of patient care plans and provide acute and rehabilitative care for individuals with select disorders of the GI, GU, and integumentary systems.
- Provide direct patient care to individuals with abdominal stomas, wounds, drains, fistulas, and incontinence.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- RN with current state license.
- At least three (3) years clinical experience as a Staff Nurse in a comparable area.
- WOCN certification strongly preferred.
