Land Surveyor Manager

V3 Companies is seeking a highly skilled Survey Project Manager to lead our survey projects in North West Indiana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing survey projects from setup to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage survey projects, including preparing various land surveys, bidding new projects, and creating proposals.
- Lead client interactions, maintain project budgets, and ensure collections are made.
- Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of land surveying experience.
- Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D and construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
- Professional licensure in Illinois required; Indiana licensure a plus.
