Join Our Bakery Team

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks such as stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake fresh bread and pastries daily
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
  • Perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
  • Support your manager and team
Requirements:
  • Love baking and have a passion for creating delicious treats
  • Enjoy working alone and with a team
  • Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Be committed to food safety and health safety
  • Be at least 18 years of age
