Mixologist - Kaya

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Kaya, where we blend the flavors of the Caribbean, South America, and beyond. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our restaurant, guiding guests through our complex menu and festive tropical drinks.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks to our high standards, serving food orders to guests at the bar, and developing a knowledge of all wines, spirits, and beers. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background screen.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with others.
• Has exceptional customer service skills.
• Has basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Has basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Can work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
• Can safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 or 25 pounds.
