We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Accountant, External Reporting to become a part of our vibrant Finance department. This role will report directly to the External Reporting Manager.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Drafting SEC reporting documents such as Form 10Q and 10K
  • Gathering financial information for quarterly earnings announcements and investor presentations
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of global financial statements
  • Maintaining compliance with SOX and internal controls
  • Adhering to emerging accounting and reporting standards
  • Conducting necessary technical research
  • Collaborating with global controllership and external auditors
  • Leading initiatives for process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Expertise in US GAAP and SEC Reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively

Preferred qualifications:

CPA certification (or in progress) along with 2-4 years of experience in accounting or external reporting
