Position Overview
The Treasury Senior Analyst role is integral to our Global Treasury team, which oversees the company's liquidity, capital management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global foreign exchange risk management initiatives, including balance sheet and cash flow hedging programs.
- Collaborate with global treasury teams to assess and validate foreign currency exposures.
- Prepare and execute trade requests for hedging activities related to balance sheets, cash flows, and transactional foreign exchange exposures.
- Maintain thorough trade records for management reporting and financial accounting purposes.
- Work closely with the Global Controllers group to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on derivatives related to foreign currency transactions, including FX spots, forwards, swaps, options, and cross-currency swaps.
- Engage with global banking partners and other departments (e.g., legal, tax, accounting) to address issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Assist in Treasury meetings and contribute to CFO presentations and annual operating plan development.
- Collaborate with treasury cash management to ensure proper settlement of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations for relevant Treasury controls.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, or a related business field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Treasury or foreign exchange risk management capacity.
- Strong understanding of hedge accounting requirements and their application.
- A keen interest in understanding the effects of global monetary policy and foreign exchange rates on business operations.

- Proven track record of building strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the rationale behind benefit design.
