Position Overview:
At Danone North America, our commitment to producing high-quality products is fundamental to our operations. We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our team in supporting the Packaging Department within our manufacturing facility.
Compensation:
The starting pay for this role is $24.57 per hour, with an additional overnight shift differential of $1.25 per hour. Following a successful 90-day probationary period, your hourly rate will increase to $28.11, along with the overnight shift differential.
Work Schedule:
This position involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, following a 4-4-3 rotating schedule. Training may be conducted during day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications:
While previous manufacturing experience is preferred, a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must possess the ability to:
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

- Understand written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
- Operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize a computer for data entry and retrieval.
- Effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group settings.
