In the role of Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be an integral member of our dedicated team, focused on providing superior diagnostic imaging services that enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct specialized procedures utilizing PET imaging technology, adhering to established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Generate precise diagnostic images promptly while maintaining a strong focus on patient care.
  • Support radiologists during imaging and interventional tasks, including initiating IV access and administering contrast agents as necessary.
  • Assist patients throughout the imaging process by clearly explaining procedures and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Monitor patient comfort and safety during examinations, promptly identifying and addressing any discomfort or medical issues.
  • Act as a liaison for physicians, providing updates and responding to their inquiries regarding patient status.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrates a genuine commitment to patient care, exhibiting professionalism and sound judgment in all interactions.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering respectful relationships with patients, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and adeptly resolving complex challenges.

Qualifications Required:

  • Current ARRT(R)(N) or NMTCB certification is mandatory.
  • Valid State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
  • Certification in venipuncture is required.
  • CPR certification is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in diagnostic imaging is preferred.
