Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and create individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' quality of life.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care to support effective communication among healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a physical therapist.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
