Solar Construction Project Director

At IEA Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Construction Project Director to lead our solar energy projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the overall construction project, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Seven years of experience in solar or EPC construction, with a minimum of three years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
