Your Responsibilities

As a key player in our Assurance practice, you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, best practices, and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide insightful recommendations and optimize system capabilities to enhance our audit methodologies and improve staff efficiency.
  • Engage with staff, users, and management to gather requirements for new systems or modifications.
  • Support assurance technology initiatives aimed at enhancing staff experiences.
  • Deliver ongoing level 2 application support for practice staff and other analysts, focusing on platforms such as CaseWare and IDEA.
  • Address staff inquiries and assist with technical challenges related to assurance applications.
  • Balance competing priorities to ensure the successful execution of technology platform initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, application documentation, procedures, and assurance tools.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting software applications or in public accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer or client service environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with CaseWare, IDEA, or similar assurance applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS PowerApps, PowerBI, or SQL is a plus.
