Position Overview:- Evaluate, plan, and implement patient care strategies in the Emergency Room
- Oversee inventory and equipment management during shifts
- Encourage collaboration among healthcare staff and physicians
- Exhibit knowledge of nursing practices and fundamental nursing principles
- Facilitate effective communication with both staff and patients
- Maintain a positive demeanor and demonstrate self-motivation
Additional compensation is available for shift differentials beyond the standard pay rate. Candidates must possess a valid Oklahoma RN license along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Prior experience in an Emergency Department is required.
