Employment Type: Full Time
Sign-on Bonus: $2,500
Role Overview:
As a vital member of our team, the HHA/CNA Mentor will play a key role in fostering the development of our home care staff. This position is essential for ensuring that our caregivers are well-equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in the field.
Work Schedule: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (3 days/week) or 4 10-hour shifts/week. Flexibility is available, with on-call duties every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate orientation, on-the-job training, and continuing education for home care staff under the guidance of the Team Leader.
- Fulfill the duties of a HHA/PCA as needed, ensuring adherence to care plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including accounts payable coding and supply ordering.
- Maintain accurate staff and client records using our computer systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- Prepare orientation materials and educational resources as directed.
- Participate in on-call rotations as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a hospice or home health agency.
