Job Summary

As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center. You will function under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Manager and assist in coordinating patient care activities. Your ability to observe, obtain information, and document on appropriate forms will be essential in sharing significant findings with the rehab staff.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exercise programs to patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient fitness levels
  • Develop and implement individualized exercise plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
  • Prior experience in Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation preferred
  • CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification required
  • ACLS certification
  • Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification
