About the Operating Room:
The Operating Room at LifeBridge Health is renowned for its commitment to exceptional clinical care, innovative surgical education, and advanced technology. Our team is dedicated to evidence-based practices and compassionate care, ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room setting.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Operating Room setting is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
- Current Maryland Board of Nursing Registered Nursing license or Compact State licensure is essential.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
