Estamos en búsqueda de un Coordinador de Gestión de Llaves altamente motivado y orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal coordinará el proceso de reemplazo de llaves con clientes, proveedores y personal del lote. Esta persona será responsable de todos los aspectos del proceso de llaves, incluyendo el mantenimiento de un registro de auditoría de llaves, la coordinación con cerrajeros, la creación de facturas de llaves y la carga de documentación de soporte, todo mientras se cumplen las especificaciones y plazos del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Comunicar de manera efectiva con clientes, subastas, transportistas y afiliados sobre cuestiones relacionadas con las llaves.
  • Registrar y actualizar las solicitudes de llaves en el sistema correspondiente y/o en un registro de auditoría separado.
  • Colaborar en la optimización de procesos para mejorar el flujo de trabajo.
  • Realizar funciones administrativas como la creación de recibos y documentos, así como la carga de papelería.
  • Manejar situaciones y llamadas con mínima intervención.
  • Comprender y ayudar en la implementación de los procedimientos establecidos por la dirección.

La remuneración inicial para este puesto es de $16+/hora, según la experiencia.

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.

  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno dinámico.
