Job Summary

Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our meal service dishes are clean and ready to serve. You will be responsible for cleaning and drying all dishes, glasses, and silverware, as well as checking that they are stocked properly throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and dry all dishes, glasses, and silverware
  • Check that dishes are stocked properly throughout your shift
  • Ensure the dish room is kept clean and equipment is stored properly
  • Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen area
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
  • Ability to frequently move items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally greater
  • Ability to go from warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers)
  • Ability to work well independently
