We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Nurse to join our team at Skyline Med Staff Nursing. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgery, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role:

This Operating Room Nurse position requires a strong understanding of nursing principles, a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for assessing patients' medical histories, performing physical assessments, and verifying necessary tests before surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preoperative Assessment: Review patients' medical histories, perform physical assessments, and verify necessary tests before surgery.
  2. Surgical Assistance: Assist the surgical team by providing sterile instruments and equipment during procedures, monitoring patients' vital signs, and documenting all aspects of the surgery.
  3. Postoperative Care: Monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia, assess vital signs, and provide postoperative education to patients and their families.
