Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations of customer vehicles.
  • Identify and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance services.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repair costs.
  • Perform a variety of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Document all services rendered for customer records.
  • Execute services efficiently, following dealership protocols.
  • Request parts as needed for repairs.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technologies.
  • Keep the service area organized and efficient.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Service Manager.

Qualifications

A. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

B. Physical Requirements: Candidates must be in good physical condition, capable of lifting up to 60 pounds, and able to perform tasks that involve frequent bending, standing, and walking.

C. Working Conditions: The role may involve exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and potential mechanical hazards.

D. Licenses: A valid driver's license is mandatory.

E. Additional Requirements: ASE certification is preferred, along with a strong motivation to learn and excel in the automotive field.

Applicants should possess the ability to read and understand technical instructions and have a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics.
