Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct crop scouting on assigned acres, identifying areas of improvement and providing actionable recommendations to clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective farm planning strategies.

• Provide expert advice on fertilizer and chemical applications, ensuring optimal crop yields and minimizing environmental impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Proven experience in agronomy, with a strong understanding of farm economics.
