Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marine Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and assisting with routine and complex port, offshore, and waterfront structural engineering projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage design, engineering, and preparation of plans and specifications
  • Manage project delivery from conception through completion
  • Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior scientists and engineers
  • Participate in proposal preparation and interviews as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering of infrastructure
  • U.S. PE registration
  • The ability to analyze and design as an individual contributor
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Working knowledge of codes and standards relevant to marine structural engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Flexible work style, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
