Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Analyze and optimize material flow and logistics
- Implement lean production principles and continuous improvement processes
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and execute projects according to budget and planning
- Initiate manufacturing cost reduction projects and select the most efficient and cost-effective tools for assembly processes
- Organize and coordinate trials of new equipment and processes in the plant
- Manage day-to-day equipment installation and provide documentation to management
- Support operations management to resolve production and quality bottlenecks and provide new technical solutions to improve production performance
- Provide input on training and conduct training sessions
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or similar field
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry with focus in the final assembly environment
- Good knowledge in lean production principles, material flow optimization, and continuous improvement processes
- Ability to produce clear status reports and identify issues, create solutions, and navigate resolutions
- Pragmatic doer with digital competence and ability to be a brand ambassador for P3 USA, Inc.
- Characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment
- High business acumen, motivation, and ability to drive collaboration and resolve conflicts quickly
- Good English skills and potentially fluent in an additional language (German is a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own, with knowledge of MS Office and high presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S.
