Job Overview:

Red Plate Foods is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our bakery and granola production teams. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Hand scooping and packaging of our delicious products
  • Assisting in mixing ingredients as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently
  • Enjoyment of repetitive tasks

This position involves a production environment where you will be engaged in making large quantities of the same products consistently. Additional responsibilities may include operating production line equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Applicants should be prepared for the following physical demands:

  • Standing/Walking: Continuous and fast-paced activity
  • Sitting: Occasional, limited to specific tasks
  • Crouching: Required for lifting materials
  • Kneeling: Rarely needed
  • Manual Dexterity: Essential for all tasks including scooping and grasping
  • Lifting/Carrying: Frequent lifting of boxes or bins weighing between 10-50 pounds
  • Push/Pull: Regularly moving carts that may weigh over 100 pounds
  • Vision: Ability to read recipes and monitor equipment

Working Environment:

The role is set in a production environment with exposure to noise and cleaning agents. Adherence to safety policies and wearing personal protective equipment is mandatory.
