Families First: A Part-time Mental Health Role

We're looking for experienced Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialists to join our part-time contract team at Warren Village Inc.

As a consultant, you will work closely with our Early Learning Center staff, providing guidance on challenging behaviors, assessing individual child needs, and developing culturally appropriate interventions. You'll also maintain a caseload of 3-5 clients, conducting weekly therapy sessions, observing children in their childcare setting, and meeting with families to complete assessments and provide referrals.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $40, based on grant-funded dollars. As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload, while contributing to the well-being of our community's most vulnerable members.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, and a current License in Colorado as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. You should also have a minimum of one year of experience working with children aged birth to 5 in a mental health capacity, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our team values creativity, resilience, and compassion, and we look forward to collaborating with like-minded professionals who share our commitment to empowering families and promoting healthy development in young children.
