We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team at SyBridge Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 3D printing and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- 3D Printer Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain 3D printers, including filling and mixing resin cassettes, loading and unloading powder carts, and scheduling and sending prints to printers.
- Cleaning and Preparation: Clean, wash, and prepare parts for thermal processing, following standard operating procedures to meet safety and quality needs.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform daily machine maintenance duties, including cleaning, scheduled preventative maintenance, and general repairs.
- Secondary Processing: Perform secondary processing tasks, including media blasting, sanding, and general assembly work.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, following 6s processes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and provide additional support for night crew members.
- Performance Metrics: Help meet weekly metric goals, including printer utilization, on-time delivery, quality, and revenue.
- Experience and Knowledge: Prior 3D printing or manufacturing experience/knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Materials Handling: Appreciation for building and working with materials hands-on is required.
- Inspection and Metrology: Prior experience using inspection and metrology tools/equipment is preferred, but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and interested in learning more about new manufacturing technologies.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexible timing and able to work independently, with a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
