Job Summary:
As a Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor with Vail Resorts, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional ski/snowboard instruction to guests of all ages and abilities. This role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Create a safe and fun learning environment, adapting instruction to meet the needs of diverse guests.
- Support ski school operations, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch.
- Provide constructive feedback to guests, inspiring them to improve their skills and create lifelong memories.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the ski school.
Requirements:
- Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to meet minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
Compensation:
The expected pay range for this position is $62.52 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including experience and qualifications.
