Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit. As a RN in this role, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
- A minimum of one year of telemetry experience, with CCRN preferred
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification, with ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
