Job Description: Guitar SpecialistAs our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and continually build and increase business through exceptional customer experience and quality work.
Main Responsibilities:- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high-level craftsmanship
- Maintain store owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
- Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars
- A competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience
