Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer with a positive and friendly attitude, building long-term customer loyalty and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions, handling customer payments and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Merchandising: Be knowledgeable about our products and services, including weekly deals and promotions, and assist customers in finding the products they need.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Happy to train new associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experience.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and push and pull up to 35 pounds.
