Advanced Practice Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will work closely with our talented physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient care and improve the health and well-being of our community.
">About the Job: In this role, you will:
">- Provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients within your scope of practice, collaborating with a supervising physician as needed.
- Engage in daily continuous quality improvement by identifying and implementing processes for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive differential diagnoses for patients and revise the plan of care to meet changing needs.
- Lead/participate in projects to improve productivity, instruct physicians, housestaff, nursing, ancillaries, and/or students, and participate in community/network outreach programs.

">Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- A graduate-level education in Advanced Practice Nursing or a related field.
- Licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.
- Board certification if required by the Department.
- Demonstrated clinical competency, effective leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
