Claims Processor Job Description

Volt is seeking a skilled Claims Processor to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a Claims Processor, you will play a critical role in preparing, sending, and following up on paperwork, as well as contacting lien holders for loan information and documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Contact lien holders to obtain necessary documents and information
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve claims efficiently
Requirements:
  • 1 year of office experience in data entry, processing, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
