About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Loyola Medicine. In this role, you will perform a wide range of specialized technical work in all aspects of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate complex physiological hemodynamic monitoring and recording equipment
  • Operate radiographic equipment, including PACS
  • Diagnose and treat cardiac and peripheral vascular disease
  • Provide technical support to patients, physicians, and nursing staff
  • Teach and instruct other technicians in procedure room techniques
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree
  • 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
  • Registered Technologist (ARRT) (R) certification
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association only (AHA)
