Job Summary

Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Certification Requirements
    • AHA BLS & ACLS certification is required.
    • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is required.
    • BLS - Basic Life Support certification is required.
    • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is required.
    • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure certification is required.
    • CHEMO - Chemotherapy certification is required.
    • TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course certification is required.
    • Tech Cert Verification - National certification is required.
    • HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement certification is required.
    • Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing certification is required.
    • State License 1 Verification certification is required.
    • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) certification is required.
    • NIH Stroke Certification certification is required.
    • Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) certification is required.
    • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam certification is required.
    • Competency Exam certification is required.
  • Job Details
    • 48-72 Hour Turnaround Time is required.
    • Every other weekend and every other holiday is required.
    • Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am is required.
    • Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in MS/Tele applying for prior to travel is required.
    • Must have 18 months recent MS/Tele experience is required.
    • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
  • Job Requirements
    • Must have PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND is required.
    • AHA BLS & ACLS certification is required.
  • Schedule Information
    • Potential Option for 2x12 Shift Options is available.
    • Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am is required.
    • Every other weekend and every other holiday is required.
  • Additional Details
    • Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
    • AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable.
    • Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start.
