Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at the University of Washington Medical Center. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Job Summary:

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing complex technical procedures and assisting physicians during clinical and research examinations. This includes angioplasties, embolization's, chemotherapy treatments, and intracranial procedures. Additionally, this individual will participate in the training of residents, fellows, and students.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex technical procedures and assist physicians during clinical and research examinations.
  • Participate in the training of residents, fellows, and students.
  • Work collaboratively with the imaging team to ensure high-quality imaging services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and imaging results.
Requirements:
  • Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Satisfactory completion of formal technology training in an AMA-approved school, registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR equivalent education/experience.
