Your Responsibilities:

Leading the charge in business development requires finesse and strategy. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, enhancing community engagement, and driving growth for our home health and hospice services. In this role, you will manage a team of Business Development Representatives while forging strong connections with referral sources and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; alternatively, ten years of experience in sales or marketing management may be considered.
  • A minimum of five years of proven success in sales and marketing is essential.
  • Experience in home health or hospice services is preferred, with at least three years in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems is advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are necessary.
