Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing at all times
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, achieving targets through effective merchandise presentation and suggestive selling techniques
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives, participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Previous retail experience preferred; must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
