We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused team member to join our team at Explor Crater Lake, LLC. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and working collaboratively with our team to provide an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly greet guests as they are seated and provide required food amenities in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with Servers and Hosts to ensure seamless service.
  • Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures.
  • Assist servers as needed to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Complete weekly and daily cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
  • Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy as required.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Ability to take direction and change tasks quickly.
  • Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
  • Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people.
Education and Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum (6) months in a restaurant establishment.
