As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with complex conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through the administration of IVIG infusions, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in specialty infusion therapy.
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- 3 years' experience as an RN, preferably with home care experience and exceptional IV skills
- A Bachelor of Science in nursing or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Successfully pass annual competency checks
- Clean background and criminal record, with a passing drug test
The successful candidate must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear, with the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus.
