Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood donations from volunteer donors while maintaining a safe and sterile environment
  • Collaborate with your team to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for donors
  • Ensure that all blood donations meet regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused

Requirements:
  • Associates degree or a combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting
