Electroplater

About the Role:

Vishay Sprague, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electroplater to join our team in Attleboro, MA. As an Electroplater, you will be responsible for cleaning, racking, electroplating, and measuring electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review work orders and related paperwork for plating instructions.
• Assist in performing routine maintenance on plating systems and equipment.
• Identify job parameters and set tank controls accordingly.
• Properly set up and execute plating instructions.
• Properly rack and tool parts.
• Inspect parts for proper surface preparation.
• Ensure all previous operations have been completed prior to plating.
• Visually inspect all parts for quality of work.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Safety-conscious attitude.
• Must feel comfortable working with chemicals for long periods.
• Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.
