Carpentry Specialist

T&T Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in the greater Pennsylvania Area. As a key member of our commercial concrete division, you will assist in multi-location job sites and work closely with our Project Superintendents, Regional Operations Managers, and Project Managers.

1. Assist in the completion of carpentry tasks, including tie reinforcing and placing concrete.
2. Work independently or lead a crew of workers to achieve project goals.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Perform tasks on all areas and aspects of construction projects, including climbing ladders up to 60 feet.
5. Follow all Company Safety policies and procedures.
6. Obtain 10-hour OSHA Certification within 90 days of hire.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of commercial construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read sketches and shop drawings.
• Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to perform duties.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Adept at establishing relationships with all parties involved in the construction process.
• Ability to organize assigned tasks for completion alone or with help from employees.
• Ability to envision all steps in assigned tasks.
• Ability to lift and manipulate objects up to 80 lbs. for 50 feet.
