Job Summary:

At 2nd Ave Thrift, our Merchandise Processing Associates create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. We are seeking both full-time and part-time Merchandise Processing Associates to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.
