Project Overview

Insight Global is collaborating with NBME to define and recommend options for a larger initiative to optimize their customer support team capabilities. This project involves a 2-3 day on-site advisory workshop to scope the initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Objectives

  • Activate an optimized knowledge base to improve customer support team capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from NBME and Insight Global's SMEs in data, AI, Salesforce, and customer support
  • Produce a report of findings and options for NBME to optimize their customer support team capabilities

Requirements

We are seeking a technical Salesforce SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce data management and AI, including:

  • Understanding of Salesforce capabilities within data management and AI
  • Ability to work collaboratively to come up with solutions
  • Expertise in housing unstructured data in the most optimal way within Salesforce
  • Knowledge of AI and chatbot capabilities within Salesforce
  • Ability to identify data/business requirements to make AI features happen

What We're Looking For

A Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in data management and AI. The successful candidate will be able to provide expertise and guidance on how to optimize NBME's customer support team capabilities using Salesforce.
