Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and patients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Differentiate between specialty and emergency care cases, providing appropriate support and guidance
  • Process payments and assist with payment resources as needed
  • Communicate with referring veterinary offices and obtain referral information
  • Maintain accurate medical and financial records through our practice management software
  • Keep waiting areas and exam rooms clean and comfortable for clients and patients
  • Show empathy and understanding for clients and their pets, alleviating stress and anxiety
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and modern office technology
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles or veterinary settings preferred
