We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the design of municipal and commercial electrical systems. Project categories encompass water and wastewater management, SCADA and telemetry systems, lighting for streets and pedestrian areas, as well as facilities for airports, commercial offices, parks, educational institutions, healthcare, and financial services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct project scoping, scheduling, and cost estimation.
- Execute short circuit, load flow, and relay coordination analyses.
- Create one-line diagrams, layout drawings, cable schedules, interconnection schematics, and other technical documentation.
- Engage with contractors, clients, and facility operators to ensure project alignment.
- Formulate equipment specifications and construction documentation.
- Provide on-site evaluations, electrical assessments, and construction support.
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines within the firm.
- Assist in business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Licensed Professional Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of post-licensure experience.
- Proven experience in design, construction oversight, startup, and commissioning services.
- Capability to source technical information from diverse resources to implement designs and propose solutions.
- Proficient in developing and conveying technical information to clients.
Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000, based on experience.
